Joining you 2-8 weeks ahead of your event to make sure all your details are set in place, you can trust your vision to be executed while you enjoy celebrating with your guests.

Typical 3-4 hr event includes 9 hr on site day of management plus planning hours. Pricing begins at $850  for a party of 50 and varies based on the venue, total guest count, and other details.

 If you want to walk in, out, or both of your event without effort, we can help. We will manage and work alongside your volunteers, or get the job done for you so your friends and family can be guests.
