Party Planning & Day of Management

 Anniversary, Birthday, Baby or Bridal Shower, Celebration of Life....

Let us help you celebrate to your potential! We can take your party from start to finish with your direction, buddy up and work side by side with you, or leave it all to us. Joining you 2-8 weeks ahead of your event to make sure all your details are set in place, you can trust your vision to be executed while you enjoy celebrating with your guests.

Typical 3-4 hr event includes 9 hr on site day of management plus planning hours. Pricing begins at $850  for a party of 50 and varies based on the venue, total guest count, and other details.

Set up & Break Down

 If you want to walk in, out, or both of your event without effort, we can help. We will manage and work alongside your volunteers, or get the job done for you so your friends and family can be guests.

  • Develop an action plan for set up and/or break down
  • Set up tables and chairs before your event
  • Break down tables and chairs
  • Full set up and break down including furniture and table settings
  • Non-dining furniture set up (ie: buffet, desert, beverage tables, arbors)
  • Dining table place settings (ie: plates, chargers, flatware, glassware, linens, centerpieces)
  • Decorating (ie: chair sashes, garlands, arbors, signs, specialty tables)


Pricing begins at $200 per service  and varies based on the venue, total guest count, and other details.
