We have amazing tools, team members, and vendor networks to design, plan, and coordinate your custom wedding.

This all-inclusive service offers everything in both the Partial Planning & Day of Management packages plus:

• Guidance with budget appropriation
• Assistance booking venue and vendors and service as a liaison between you and the vendor team
• Styling & refinement of design to fit a cohesive aesthetic
• Responsible for obtaining all of the key design elements; such as, decor, signage and installations
• Vendor & guest management/logistics. 
• Coordination team dedicated to you, your wedding party, guests, & vendors.

Pricing begins at $3,500 and varies based on the venue, total guest count, and other details

An experienced wedding planner to share the work and give guidance is an asset to any wedding team. Having the support to finalize details, put plans into action, foresee potential obstacles and advise you is not only a stress reliever, but will keep your exciting adventure from becoming a chore.

Partial Planning includes all of the Day of Management Package plus:

• Unlimited communication with planner via email, texts or phone calls throughout the planning process
• A cohesive Design & Styling plan that carries through every detail.
• Venue and vendor recommendations
• Shared planning checklists and organizers to keep on track at a glance
• Custom layouts for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception areas
• Develop itinerary and timeline from rehearsal through wedding day clean-up
• Liaison between vendors and clients; will finalize all wedding details (ex. equipment and quantities) and logistics with vendors before the big day
• Assistance in final design and decor decisions and set up

Pricing begins at $2,300 and varies based on the venue, total guest count, and other details

You’ve poured your heart into planning this special day and need someone you can trust making sure all your hard work and commitment has follow through. Preparing your wedding day can be all consuming at times. Let us be your team leader in the last weeks leading up to your day so you can be confident your vision will be executed with Elegance.  

The Day of Management Package includes:

• A planning meeting begins open communication 6 or less weeks prior to the wedding date to assess what has been done and make actionable plans towards what is left to be done
• Finalize provided itinerary and timeline for day of
• Final walk through meeting at venue to discuss any remaining concerns regarding layouts, design elements, and logistics with venue and any vendor(s)
• Give last check, match guest count with supplies, and finalize with vendors
• Planner to communicate with all vendors 2 weeks prior to wedding date to make sure all vendor needs are met prior to event
• Attend and coordinate rehearsal at venue to guide and address the roles of bridal party
• Guide setup and decorating by event team according to provided plan
• Main contact for the vendors, bridal party and guests on the wedding day so you can enjoy your role
• Will oversee the execution and placement of all vendor rentals, styling and decor items according to provided plan
• On-site management on the wedding day of up to 10 hours
• Gather all gifts, decor and personal belongings to a safe space at the end of the evening
